Micki Rose Studio Collection, the boutique creative house where culture is curated, confidence is cultivated, and creativity is couture, is excited to announce open opportunities for passionate professionals to join its growing team. Known for blending fashion, food, and fun with a signature touch of finesse, the studio is now building a reliable production and event team to support upcoming projects and ensure flawless execution — even in the absence of its founder.

Founder Micki Rose recently had to postpone an event due to an unexpected personal health issue. This moment highlighted the need for a strong, dependable team that can carry forward the vision and uphold the brand’s high standards without disruption.

"This experience reminded me how important it is to have a capable team that can keep the momentum going," says Micki Rose. "I never want anyone’s hard work, time, or investment to be at risk. We’re building something bigger than just events — we’re creating culture."

Open Positions (Project-Based with Long-Term Potential):

Production Crew (Filming):

  • 1st Assistant Director (1st AD)

  • 2nd Assistant Director (2nd AD)

  • Director of Photography (DP)

  • Production Assistant (PA)

  • Personal Assistant

Event Support:

  • Project Manager

Selected candidates will work on a project-to-project basis, with the possibility of growing into more permanent roles as the studio continues to expand its footprint in creative production.
